How to check passport number and passport expiration date

① Access the government civil complaint portal Civil Complaint 24 homepage
To check passport information, such as passport number and expiration date, access the Minwon 24 website. 여권번호 조회
② Frequently requested civil petitions – Log in after selecting Immigration Facts 좋은뉴스
On the Civil Petition 24 main page, select and click ‘Immigration Fact Certificate’ from the frequently requested civil petitions.
If you are directed to the login page as shown below, you can log in using your ID, public certificate, or non-member login.
③ Application for proof of facts related to immigration
After entering the start date of record collation, receipt method, and number of copies issued, click the ‘Apply for Civil Service’ button.
You can see the application history information like this. There are reading documents and document printing, but select reading documents for passport number inquiry.
Then, a certificate of fact about immigration appears, and you can check your passport number here.
④ How to check passport expiry date
From the menu at the top, select and move to ‘My Life Information – Life Information to Be Processed’ in order.
⑤ Use of living information service
You can use the living information service like this. If you click the arrow to the right of ‘Housing/Welfare’, check ‘Passport Expiration Date’ among the 4 types of services below and click the ‘Confirm’ button at the bottom.
⑥ Check passport expiry date
If you go back to the main screen, the expiration date of your passport will be displayed in the My Life Information section as shown below. If you click it, you can check the details.
